This Blog isn't for everyone. I recently took a class call Christian Absolute vs. Secular Humanism. This class was very deep. There were things that I never heard of in the world and after the first few weeks, I noticed that God started showing the truth about this world. I'm not using this blog to judge anyone, however I'm glad that I learned the truth and it is my hope that you will also gain new knowledge from it. Any way it goes, you need to know what is going on. The Christian religion strengthens supports and nourishes all that seems to mark our true humanness. We as Christians strive to be more like Christ so that we can be delivered from our sins and spend eternity with God the Father. 2 Corinthians 6:7 says: "7) by the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left," Ephesians 6:11 says: "6) Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." There is a group of people whose beliefs are the exact opposit of Christian beliefs. They have been around for century and are even chosen as famous men and women in history to be admired. However, their beliefs goes against everything that the Bible teaches us. These people are called Secular Humanist. The foremost objective of Humanism is to destroy the following: 1. Allegiance to God 2. Allegiance to Family 3. Allegiance to Nation Secular humanism is the belief that mankind can truly find itself apart from any reference to God. It seeks to elevate the human race through a confidence in their own ability to understand and order our world, guided by our own reason and standing on the findings and possibilities of science. Secular Humanists believes in free thought. They don't want anyone to tell them what's right or wrong. They don't want anyone judging their behavior or actions. For them there is no difference between right and wrong. Situations have a right to make a difference in our moral behavior. Christians hold themselves accountable to God and following His Book of the Law. We believe that everything God said is a sin, is in fact a sin. God's Word clearly depicts the difference between right and wrong. John 15:10 says: "10) If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love." Genesis 4:7 says: "7) If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it." Secular Humanists believe in sexual freedom. Sex is just another means of expressing themselves. There is nothing sacred about having a sexual encounter. Sex is approved without the inconvenience of marriage. Christians are against sexual immoralities. Sex is a reflection of the holy relationship between Christ and the Church. It is meant for husband (male) and wife (female). Anything else is a perversion of the Word. 1 Corinthians 5:11 says: "11) But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person." Corinthians 7:2 says: "2) Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband." Humanists believe that Jesus was born a man and died a man. He did not rise from the cross but instead, He stayed dead. Christians know that Jesus was the Son of God, born of the Virgin Mary. To prove that He was free from sin, death and hell, He rose from the dead after three days. He is still alive to this day and will never ever die. John 20:31 says: "31) but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name." 1 John 5:20 says: "20) And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life." Humanists believe that man is a product of evolution. Man started out some other form (and they have many different theories on what man first was.) It's a well know scientific fact and anyone not in agreement is ignorant. As Christians we believe that God created everything. The earth and everything thereon it and the universe. We believe that everything was darkness until God spoke into the darkness and created light and life. We know that only God is the ultimate creator. Genesis 1:1-5; 26,27 says: "1) In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. 3) Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light. 4) And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. 5) God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day. 26) Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." "27) So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them." The list goes on about the falsehoods that the Secular Humanists would like us to believe. To have us remove our faith in God is a means for them to have us put our faith in them. It is well known that man must believe in something. It all boils down to power. God has it and man wants it. Man will do anything to receive it including deceiving their fellow men. They do not believe in God and they stick with the theory that if you can't prove it it's isn't real. But we as Christians know of God realness and greatness. He proved Himself to man thousands of years ago and is still proving himself to this day. Deuteronomy 32:20 says: 20) "And He said: 'I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end will be, For they are a perverse generation, Children in whom is no faith."
