The sky snowed heavily, the wind blows so cold, the roads are covered with this black color of the night, over the pure nice white snow cover, streets are empty, people are sheltering in there homes, even the cats & dogs have disappeared, he was the only living thing on these streets, walking without a direction, allowing his feet to take him where ever they wanted. His mouth didn’t stop praying, asking our mighty lord to help & protect him, to give him life, to take this pain from his heart, when suddenly a noise attracted his attention, he looked searching for this noise, it was coming from a home near by, he slowly walked toward the window, he saw a great cine, a huge extraordinary decorated Christmas tree, shining in the middle of a room, at the top of it there was a star, a bright shining one, under the tree there were so many nice covered gifts, he kept staring at the tree until he saw a little boy coming near the tree, he looked in a hurry, “ sure he cant wait to see what Santa brought him” he smiled looking at him. Few minutes later, a woman came by the boy, & surprised him; he jumped & starts running toward the door, until he disappeared, so did the woman, few minutes latter a lot of people came in, men, women, children, they gathered around the tree & started to sing, he closed his eyes & found him self singing with them, when he opened his eyes they weren’t there, they were sitting on a table full of so many delicious foods, he remembered that he hadn’t eaten since three days. A warm tear dropped on his cheek, why I never had a family, why I never had a Christmas, why I am alone, why & why & why … he waked from his thoughts on a voice yelling at him, so he ran away fast, as fast as he could, few métiers he stopped, looked behind him, no one was there, so he once again gave the chance to his feet guiding him toward the unknown. After two three four hours, he wasn’t aware of the time, his body felt so tired, so cold, so hungry, so lonely, he looked around him, searching a place to rest in, a cemetery was there, so he walked toward it, seeking some rest, when he entered he felt all his body trembling, here they are resting in peace in there graves, he made a cross & prayed for his family that he never knew, & entered, at the end of this cemetery there was a house, he get closer to it, it seemed abandoned for a long time, he tried to open the door, but it was locked, he started to kick it with his leg until the door was opened, it was only an empty room, he entered to the middle of the room, there was a small fire place & a small dark room, which he discovered that was the bathroom, he searched for the light, but it wasn’t working, he took his light & light it up, he found some wood near the fireplace, so he light them up seeking some warmth, then he stood so close to the fire, he closed his eyes & felt asleep eternally. 20.11.2002 Amman...
