u do not need to be baptised to enter "the world of God"lol thas a funny one all u need to do is have faith and know what ur about and all that.so u need to be baptised to be in the new body in "the kingdom"?hell no

i agree with everything that has been said. I believe that a person should get baptised when they have reached the age at which they are accountable for their actions. Not a moment before that.

sometimes what we think may not suffice for the unbeliever or the ignorant, many protestant churches base the view of not baptising childre on the scripture in matthew 19: 13-15 where Jesus laid hands on the children and bless them, whereas other churches like the catholics view baptism as a way of cleansing ourselves of the sinful nature which we are born into and therefore should be done very early in life. However scripture teaches us that salvation is a process that we must first repent, accept God into our hearts and then we can be baptised, a symbol of Dying with Christ and once again being raised with him, The whole act of repentance signifies a conscious decion, one a baby or a small child can make, when you repent you turn away from doing wrong and a baby certainly has done no wrong neither has a small child Jesus accepted and blessed them as they were and so should we instructing them until such time when they make that decision for themselves.

My view about babies have to be baptized is that I dont think babies should be baptized because they really dont know whats going on , they should be offered up to the Lord but baptized at an age when they can be held accountably for what they are doing. When they are able to committ their lives to Jesus christ then they should be baptize, this should be their decision
