Forgive me, Lord, for rarely considering how You felt when adam and Eve lost paradise. How Your heart must still ache to hold Your creation close! Draw me into a longing to be with you and You alone so I can experience paradise in Your loving arms. As Your Word says, "Draw me away and we will run after You," ( Song of Solomon 1:4). May my perpective, daily, be one of running to You and looking to Your ways and words to make sense of my life in this world. Make this the prayer of my heart: " Keep me safe, O God, I have run for dear life to You. I say to You God, " Be my Lord!' Without you, nothing makes sense." ...

Hello people of the Most High God, the Heirs of the Kingdom. Greetings from your sister in Christ. Here i come to you with a word from God. We as children of the Most High God, the Supremme One, the God of heaven and earth. The One that made and fashion us in His own image, has a word for you. He saidss, we as His children lack faith in Him. He said Oh he of little faith. He said we keep on asking question like these. " What if I fail?, What if I stumble through some weakness of the flesh?" If you being asking those questions, here is the answer from God. He said by My stripes you are healed. I was bruised for you because I love you. More over I am there with you. I promesed never to leave you, always remeber that because I am not a man that I lied. I even gave you a first aid kit if you think I am not there. It is in the reach of your arm. Take My Word and read I John 1:8-2:2. "It says if you say you have no sin, you decieve yourself and My truth is not in you. But if you confess your sins, I will forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness............" This is a plain, blunt, helpful message from My Word. If you say you have not sinned, you are lying! I am your great High Priest, and I appears before God on your behalf. I am your Advocate, your Intercessor. So come to Me, confess your sins and your needs, and I will cleanse and forgive you. I will also bless and heal you....

O God, be thou exalted over my possessions. Nothing of earth's treasures shall seem dear unto me if only Thou art glorified in my life. Be Thou exalted over my friendships. I am determined that Thou shalt be above all, though I must stand deserted and alone in the midst of the earth. Be Thou exalted above my comforts. Though it means the loss of bodily comforts and the carrying of heavy crosses, I shall keep my vow made this day before Thee. Be Thou exalted over my reputation. Make me ambitious to please Thee even if as a result I must sink into obscurity and my name be forgotten as a dream. Rise, O Lord, into Thy proper place of honor, above my ambitions, above my likes and dislikes, above my family, my health and n my life itself. Let me sink that Thou mayest rise above. Ride forth upon me as Thou didst ride into Jerusalem mounted upon the humble little beast, a colt, the foal of an ass, and let me hear the children cry to Thee, " Hosanna in the highest."...

In His Presence: As the deer pants for the water brooks, so my soul pants for You, O God (Psalm 42:1).
Right now we are in an age of religious complexity. The simplicity, which is in Christ, is rarely found among us. In its stead are programs, methods, organizations, and a world of nervous activities, which occupy time and attention, but can never satisfy the longing of the heart. The shallowness of our inner experience, the hollowness of our worship, and that servile imitation of the world which marks our promotional methods all testify that we, in this day, know God only imperfectly, and the peace of God scarcely at all.” Business for God may make you feel good, but it also can erect a wall between you and Him. Seek a balanced life. Make sure activities of service never grow to a point where you no longer have time to spend with God or to rest in His presence…...

In His Presence: Now it came about . . . that God tested Abraham, and said to him, “Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am” (Genesis 22:1).
The question that comes to mind is, “How much are we willing to pay to know God and to have a personal, intimate relationship with Him?” Our answer reveals the depth of our passion for the Lord. It was a passionate love for each one of us that motivated Christ to die on the cross. True love always comes with a sacrificial price tag. Do you have a passionate love for Him, or do you only profess your love when it is convenient?.....

I am convinced that we live in a culture that forces us to make God a "spare time" activity rather than our primary purpose in life. The three basic goals of American life are: get an education, get a job, and have a family. The majority of people's energy is spent pursuing those three things, and Christians are no exception. It is only after those three goals are in focus that we direct our resources toward pursuing God (those who are not Christians do the same thing, but instead of trying to become a better Christian they try to become a better fly-fisherman). But it is difficult to arrange your life around God and His Kingdom when you have already made major choices concerning your education, career, and family. Even when we begin our spiritual journey at a young age we are taught that only a few receive a calling from God regarding a career, and if we are not one of the "called" then we are free to choose any career we like, as long as we continue to pursue spiritual growth. No one tells us we will someday reach a point at which we can no longer grow spiritually unless we give God our whole lives.
The problem seems to be that we are not taught to see life through the eyes of God's Kingdom. God's Kingdom encompasses everything that is under His rule and reign, including here on Earth (as in, "Thy Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven."). That means that those of us who profess Jesus as Lord live within His Kingdom, and therefore must view all things from that perspective. Jesus' prayer from Matthew 6 gives us a glimpse of the purpose of God's Kingdom-to come. How does God's kingdom come? It grows. Those who are not in it are invited to come in. Those who are in it are fed, clothed, comforted and healed. Love conquers hate, good conquers evil, and Jesus Christ is praised by everyone everywhere. So as participating members of the Kingdom of God, you and I have a specific role to fulfill in achieving this purpose.
What most of us have never realized is the size of our role-it literally must consume our life and become the reason we exist. It cannot simply be a spare-time activity done after we get home from our "real job." God's one and only concern is that his kingdom work gets done. Jesus said that his father was always at work, and his job was to do the work of his father. Jesus also said that his "food" was to do the will of God. And God wants his only concern to be ours, too. It's clear that we are to emulate Jesus in his pursuit of God's work. Jesus said, "Do not worry about what you will eat or drink, but seek first the Kingdom of God, and all these things (food, clothing, shelter, etc.) will be given to you." We have to take seriously everything He said, including, "sell all your possessions and give the money to the poor, then you can follow me," "he who seeks to save his life will lose it, but he who seeks to lose his life for my sake will find it," "deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow me," and, "anyone who does not hate his mother and father and brothers and sisters cannot be my disciple." These are powerful instructions that cannot possibly be carried out in just a few hours a week. Jesus is staking a claim on your whole life, and most of us have not handed it over.
Perhaps we need to learn to start asking God the simple question, "how can my life help your Kingdom come?" If our career and life's purpose do not specifically and directly impact God's Kingdom, then we need to rearrange everything. Instead of asking God to do things for us and work in our lives to answer our requests, we should be asking God to simply speak, and we should simply listen. In listening, we may hear God calling us to do our part...

Does God desire to give us what he has? Or rather, does he desire to pour into us who he is? We’re quick to ask him to give us grace; give us mercy; give us peace; give us love. These are important, even essential, godly attributes for us as we strive to be more like Christ. Yet, in our asking him to give us these things, we come across believing that God possesses grace, mercy, peace, and love, when in actuality God is grace, mercy, peace, and love. So it’s not that he wants to give us what he has. He truly wants to pour into us who he is.
As we desire the deeper things of God, and ask him to reveal himself to us in a more intimate way through the Holy Spirit, may we realize that his heart’s desire is that we become more like Jesus everyday. And we become more like Jesus by him pouring into us more of who He is, not simply what he has. There’s an endless supply of himself to be poured out on us all. Don’t be shy in asking God to pour into you all that he desires for you.
I welcome your comments.

Lord, there is only one way to have more of You, and that is to have less of me. The Bible talks about "the sweet aroma of sacrifice." But dying to myself is nearly killing me. I really want to want to sacrifice, but I keep discovering how much I'm holding on to my life, my hopes, my dreams, my stuff. Lord, lead me to the place where I can let go gladly, where i can release everything to You and offer a true sacrifice. I want to give more than I have and more than I am. I want to learn to give what I'd rather keep. Not a sacrifice of law, but a sacrifice of love. Give me more love than I have so that I can love You more. Give me greater gratitude that I might be more grateful than I am. I want the sacrifice of my praise to rise before Your throne like the finest perfume. and with every prayer, the pure, sweet fragrance of love. Let my worship be like incense, filling up the halls of heaven. Lord, I lay my heart upon Your holy altar. You know this heart so well; its flaws, its frailty, its fire. Now send Your fire. Purify me. Make me Yours. Make me a living sacrifice, pleasing and acceptable to you.
Thank you Daddy....

The a Father wants to release the held-up blessing to the pressed-down daughters. You see, ultimately the Father's will is all that matters. So when the daughters of Zelophehad had a problem with their inheritance, Moses asked the Lord what to do.
This was the first case of gender discrimination mentioned in the Scriptures. The court of heaven ruled in the favor of some women who knew how to go after their father's estate!
If you have your Father's favor, no one can stop your blessing. Don't waste your time and energy fighting the opposition. If God is for you, who can be against you (see Romans 8:31)? Just remember who is for you. Your faith will be strenghtened through conflict and struggle.
Perhaps there are some things in store for you. Don't be intimidated. Go for it. You may be a single parent. There may not be a "son" to fend for you. Your husband may be long gone. But your blessing doesn't center around a man, or men in general, for that matter. By God's grace and power, you can still receive the inheritance.
Why don't you, as a daughter of God, go after what the Father has willed you? He died for you, and He wants you to have your inheritance. I encourage you as a daughter of the King: Go for all that life has to offeryou. Take a large slice of life. Savor every bite. Your Father has willed you good things.
If you have been walking around with a drab spirit and a broken heart, I am talking to you. If you have been in a state of depression that is robbing you of these precious years when you should be thriving and pursuing your destiny, hear this word. Don't waste another day in regret, sleeping away God's mercy, losing your chance to achieve and receive. Get up and get busy. You may have to work it out. You may have to push and shove . But life is worth the struggle.
Now pill off those ragged house shoes and that gingham dress. Take those curlers out of your hair. Take a long, hot, luxurious bath and put on some sweet cologne. If you want it, you can have it. Your Father left you loaded!...
